Come as you are - wear comfortable clothing, athletic or comfortable shoes.
We will use chairs or barres in our class. Everyone will begin class seated in a chair and then migrate to a standing position with support from chair, barre or other supportive person or equipment. Part of our class may include rhythmical traveling across the floor. Participants also have the option to remain seated for the entire class. Class instructors will guide students through both variations of the class, from either a standing of seated position.
Dance for Parkinson's classes take place at the studio home of Arkansas Festival Ballet & Arkansas Academy of Dance.
